We have an adoption fee of $100.00 which goes towards vetting costs. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested, fully vaccinated and dewormed prior to leaving the shelter. We do have a sponsorship program which may offset some or all of the adoption fee for a particular dog. If a dog is sponsored, the sponsorship amount will be noted on the dog's profile.

We will adopt out of state, but prefer to do so through an approved rescue group. If an adopter is in a bordering state (TN, MS) we will conduct a home visit prior to adoption. We are rescue friendly and work with PETS transport (www.petsllc.net). Rescues and adopters are responsible for making transport reservations and covering associated fees.
