Loggy the Log likes belly rubs... California Loggy is a young, exuberant, lovely and fun chunky monkey. His name is the result of his foster mom's humor, his big head and thick bones. Loggy is looking for a responsible owner who will continue to work with in a positive way and commit to him for a lifetime. This big boned boy likes to lay on his back for a belly rub and definitely enjoys human interaction and meeting new people on his walks. Loggy is crated inside at night without issues, understands baby gate boundaries and is respectful of the others dogs (separated by gates). more

Daphne is a smart, active girl... Washington Hello! My name is Daphne and I am part CuddleBug. I love to lay on laps, get my belly rubbed, and re-pay the favor in kisses! It's true - people are my weakness! There are a lot of misconceptions about my breed, but I'm here to tell you that I am as loyal and loving to people as any Lab or Retriever. As much as I give love and want to be loved, I am also an active girl - can't keep this beautiful body up by sitting on the couch all day! My favorite game is fetch. Give me a patch of grass, toss a ball for me to chase and I'm in heaven. I also keep in shape by chasing after stuffed squirrels on a stick - my flirt pole! After all, one never knows when the squirrels are going to rise up and take over the world. But what is beauty and fitness if you don't have the brains to match? I know how to sit, lay-down, drop toys, wait and more. more

Chocolate is a great jogging companion... Washington I'm Chocolate! I'm an exuberant one year old with a constantly wagging tail and a huge grin on my beautiful face. My eyes sparkle with glee because I love absolutely everybody I meet and everyone who meets me loves me right back. Since I'm so young I have lots of energy, and I'm strong too - my foster mom is currently helping me learn good manners at classes. I'm a superstar in class; just sayin'. I'm smart and enjoy learning tricks. My favorite so far is Crawl. Sometimes I crawl across the room just for fun. I'd be a great jogging and hiking companion and think fetch is a swell game! more

Emma is a great girl... Michigan Emma is that odd looking girl in the corner who most folks just overlook. She's got that goofy, gargoyle-like terrier face going for her and some pretty deep brindle color, both of which make the average person just a little wary. But the reality is that Emma is a great girl who will make a great dog for someone who will give her a chance. She's one of our favorites and we want to see her find her forever home.

Chevy is a perfect dog... Wisconsin Chevy is a 12.5 year old elderbull. He was surrendered to a shelter, and the shelter wanted to find him a nice warm bed to sleep in - so he came to Big Dogs!! Chevy is a pit bull person's PERFECT DOG. He talks, the little woo-woos, he walks perfect on leash, he LOVES to destroy toys, he's great with kids, he is just the perfect older man!! He is currently living with another male dog, a 3yr old human, a 2yr old human, and cats - he has been punked a few times by the cats. more

Gerti is a great snuggle partner... Texas Gertie is a petite 33lb beautiful brindle Staffordshire terrier. She is very sweet and playful as can be. She plays well with all other humans and dogs that come her way and is always willing to give free kisses! She loves to ride in the car especially when she goes to the dog park to play with her friends. She is 7-8 years old and still has lots of fun and frolic in her. Gerti makes a great snuggle partner at the end of the day too and would be happy to watch your favorite reruns with you! more

Peanut is a playful boy... Texas Peanut is approximately 3-years-old, he has a very outgoing and friendly personality. Peanut is one of the BARC 16 that Scout’s Honor recently rescued from death row. Look at this handsome boy now! Peanut is a very loving, very friendly, and playful boy. He is house and crate trained, and his fosters are working with him daily on his manners around other people, other dogs, and while on walks.

pit bulls because I LOVE children and am so calm and gentle with them. In fact, I'm really
calm all the time and easy going. I love belly rubs and flop over for rubs with most everyone I
meet, and I really love everyone. I walk GREAT on the leash and I don't pull. And, if you like to
run, I can even keep perfect pace at your side, never crossing over to cause you to stumble,
